Founder | Ultrasound Specialist

I’ve spent over 20 years in healthcare, blending hands-on ultrasound expertise with a solid background in healthcare administration. My journey has taken me from working directly with patients in ultrasound to leading teams in administrative roles, with experience in a wide range of settings, including freestanding imaging centers and community hospitals.

With a deep commitment to improving patient care, I’ve spent 21 years mastering ultrasound technology and 15 years honing my leadership skills in healthcare management. I’ve worked on everything from ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging to driving operational efficiencies, all with a focus on delivering the best outcomes for both patients and healthcare teams.

Jonathan Villano

Cardiac Specialist

With nearly 20 years of experience in Radiology and Cardiology, I’ve dedicated my career to diagnostic imaging, with a strong focus on Non-Invasive Cardiology over the last 15 years. My work primarily involves echocardiography, stress testing, EKG, and Holter monitoring—areas I’m passionate about and deeply experienced in. I hold an RDCS (AE) certification and a Bachelor’s in Science for Echocardiography.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed expertise in project management, PACS/EMR implementations, CPT coding and billing, and managing stress and echo labs.  I am committed to continuous improvement in clinical quality and operational processes, with a focus on enhancing patient care and maximizing efficiency.

Having managed multiple sites and contributed to several echo labs, I’m well-versed in the challenges and considerations needed to build and run a successful Non-Invasive Cardiology program from the ground up. I love the work I do and am always eager to continue learning and growing in this ever-evolving field.
